Alfred Holcomb, Jr., ("Junior") age 80, of Jasper, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday morning, February 14, 2007, after a period of declining health. He is survived by his wife, Piccola; and one sister, Hazel Moseley of Jasper; his son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Bavaria Holcomb of Bryson City, North Carolina; two grandchildren ~ Nathan Holcomb of Gibsonville, North Carolina and Niccole H. Pierce of Bryson City; and one great-granddaughter, Aubrey Pierce also of Bryson City. Funeral services were held at Price Creek Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Friday afternoon, February 16, 2007, with the Revs. Jason Phillips and Harold Cantrell presiding. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were provided by Cagle Funeral Home. |
